The hungarian modeling had sketches of the Russian Boris Schkourski's fast fill in 1969. The device seems to be made from a graduated cylinder with a plunger. Rubber bands from the mount to the plunger keep the pressure up and the transparent culinder lets the pit man know how it is doing.
