The large dark circle is the speed (or racing) `cage'. Surrounded by heavy chain link fence and including a shaded jury platform mounted about 3 m above the surface. The lighter area surrounding it is all hard asphalt pavement supporting two other flying circles, pull test, and waiting lanes for aircraft. In the far lower left corner is the grass combat area.
